FAQ
Questions physicians and practices ask
Clear answers about what CuraMonk does, how AI drafting works, and how privacy and clinician review fit into the product.
What is CuraMonk?
CuraMonk is a privacy-first care memory workspace for clinicians. It helps organize patient journey context, generate clinician-reviewed note drafts, and keep documentation workflows easier to scan and audit.
Does CuraMonk replace a physician or clinical judgment?
No. CuraMonk drafts and organizes information, but clinicians remain responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, exporting, and using documentation. CuraMonk is not an autonomous diagnostician, final note signer, or medical decision maker.
Can CuraMonk be used with PHI?
CuraMonk is designed for privacy-conscious clinical workflows. Teams should use it according to their own policies, permissions, and compliance requirements.
How does AI work in CuraMonk?
AI-assisted features help organize journey context and draft notes. Drafts stay under clinician review, so physicians remain in control of what is edited, approved, copied, or exported.
What plans are available?
The Individual plan is available for solo physicians. A Practice plan for teams and groups is planned.
Is there a free trial?
No. CuraMonk does not offer a free trial because every account requires secure clinical-workspace setup, protected infrastructure, and state-of-the-art safeguards from the start. Those safeguards create real operating costs even before a clinician begins using the workspace.
