Terms for using CuraMonk
These terms apply to access and use of CuraMonk, a care memory workspace operated by Kreebo Inc.
Use of the service
- You must be authorized to use CuraMonk on behalf of yourself, your practice, clinic, or organization.
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting access to your Google account and devices.
- You may use CuraMonk only for lawful clinical documentation workflows and in accordance with applicable professional, privacy, and healthcare obligations.
Clinical responsibility
CuraMonk provides draft documentation, journey organization, and workflow assistance. CuraMonk does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, replace clinical judgment, or sign final notes. Clinicians remain responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, exporting, and using any content generated or organized through the service.
Protected health information and BAA
If you use CuraMonk with protected health information as a covered entity or on behalf of one, you must have an applicable Business Associate Agreement in place and comply with your organization's HIPAA, privacy, security, retention, and access-control obligations.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access patient, clinic, billing, or workspace data you are not authorized to access.
- Do not use CuraMonk to generate or submit fraudulent, misleading, or unreviewed clinical documentation.
- Do not reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, scrape, or misuse the service or its infrastructure.
- Do not upload malicious code, unlawful content, or data you do not have the right to process.
Subscriptions, availability, and changes
Paid features may require an active subscription. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves, and we may change these terms by posting an updated version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
